As one of Cincinnati’s most beloved game-day traditions, we honor the marching band’s charge to “Army Fanfare.” In 1954, band director Bob Hornyak devised a grand entrance for the marching band to raise Bearcat fan morale. With the rush of marching band members flying down the steps to Nippert Stadium and running onto the field into their formation, the crowd went wild. Celebrate the damn good UC band in our super comfortable ash tee.
